Our Story

Tended by hand in the Almaguin Highlands

Our hives sit among the forests and wildflower meadows surrounding Burk’s Falls, Ontario — far from cities, crops, and sprays. The bees forage where the wild things bloom, and it shows in the jar.

Every frame is raised without chemicals or antibiotics, harvested in small batches, and extracted gently so the honey arrives exactly as the bees made it. Nothing added, nothing taken away.

The Honey

Forest & wildflower, straight from the comb

A deep amber honey with the character of the northern woods — basswood, clover, goldenrod, and a hundred wildflowers in between. Unpasteurized and never fine-filtered, so every drop keeps its pollen, enzymes, and aroma.
